1. Returns & Exchanges

At Wall Wizard, we strive to provide high-quality home cinema experiences. Due to the nature of our products and the logistics involved in international shipping, we have a strict return policy.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resellable condition.

• Because we offer worldwide shipping, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Any item that has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered!

• You must contact us at [wallwizardstore@gmail.com] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• To process a replacement or refund for a defective item, you must provide a clear video showing the defect and a photo of the shipping label on the box.

• Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

3. Cancellation Period

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and shipped to our logistics partner, we cannot cancel the shipment.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
