1. How long will it take to receive my order?

This item is currently available for US shipping only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped immediately after. With our expedited 4-5 day shipping service, your total estimated delivery time is just 5-8 business days.

2. Is the projector compatible with my smartphone?

Yes! Our Wall Wizard projectors are designed to work seamlessly with both iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth, or HDMI connections.

3. Can I use the projector in daylight?

While our projectors offer high brightness levels, for the best cinematic experience and vibrant colors, we recommend using them in a dimmed or dark environment.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our "Track Your Order" page and enter your order number.

5. Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. To ensure the fastest delivery times (5-8 business days) and the best service quality, we are focusing on our US customers at this time. We plan to expand to international markets soon.
